We stand behind RoamWell Sling's quality. If it arrives with a manufacturing defect or damaged in shipping, we'll replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you. We strive to have all orders fulfilled within one business day. Since we hold inventory locally we offer quick shipping within Canada (1 - 6 days depending on your location). Since we ship from Vancouver BC, orders typically arrive within 2 business days for Western Canada customers. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
