1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
2. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for:

A Full Refund: Issued to your original method of payment.

A Replacement: We will ship out a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
Note: To be eligible for a "satisfaction" return, items should be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or is not as described, we will make it right immediately. Under Canadian consumer standards, you are entitled to a remedy for faulty goods.

No Cost to You: We will cover all shipping costs for defective items.

Options: You may choose a 100% refund or a brand-new replacement at no extra charge.

Process: Please provide a photo of the defect when contacting us to speed up your claim.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or replacement, please follow these steps:

State whether you would like a refund or a replacement.

Once approved, we may send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to drop off the package. Alternatively we may let you keep your current product and ship you a replacement or issue a refund.
5. Refunds
Once we approve your return or refund request, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Following standard Canadian retail practices, certain items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (such as food or flowers).

Personal care/hygiene items (such as beauty products or intimate apparel).

Customized or personalized items.

Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page).
