These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and online store operated by OMNISE TRADING GOODS INC. ("OMNISE," "we," "us," or "our"), located at omniselife.com, together with all related content, features, products, and services (the "Site"). We make every effort to display our products and their colours, features, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order, or to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order, at our discretion. If we cancel an order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled items.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on the Site. Payment must be received by us before an order is accepted and shipped.

4. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping timelines, rates, and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review them before placing your order.

5. Promotions, Discounts, and Free Shipping

Any promotions, discount codes, or free-shipping thresholds are offered at our discretion, may be modified or withdrawn at any time, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined and have no cash value.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the OMNISE and RoamWell names, logos, product designs, text, graphics, photographs, videos, and the overall look and feel, is owned by or licensed to OMNISE TRADING GOODS INC. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
