Return & Refund Policy

At OMNISEl, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with a refund or replacement.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for:

  • A Full Refund: Issued to your original method of payment.

  • A Replacement: We will ship out a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).

Note: To be eligible for a "satisfaction" return, items should be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or is not as described, we will make it right immediately. Under Canadian consumer standards, you are entitled to a remedy for faulty goods.

  • No Cost to You: We will cover all shipping costs for defective items.

  • Options: You may choose a 100% refund or a brand-new replacement at no extra charge.

  • Process: Please provide a photo of the defect when contacting us to speed up your claim.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@omniselife.com with your order number.

  2. State whether you would like a refund or a replacement.

  3. Once approved, we may send you a return shipping label with instruction on how to drop it off. Alternatively we may issue a refund or replacement without the need to return the item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Following standard Canadian retail practices, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or flowers).

  • Personal care/hygiene items (such as beauty products or intimate apparel).

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page).
