1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are typically processed the same day.
- You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location (for example, remote or rural regions may require additional time).
3. Free Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all Canadian orders over $85. This discount is applied automatically at checkout once your subtotal reaches the threshold.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and the USA only.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All US orders are subject to duties. US customers will see an additional charge at checkout. We use this to prepay all duties so your package is delivered without any surprises at the door.
5. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 2–12 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes across Canada via Canada Post. Please note that express and courier services (such as UPS or FedEx) may require a physical street address.
Damages & Issues: As noted in our Return & Refund Policy, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away at support@omniselife.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
