Thank you for shopping with OMNSE. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably across Canada and beyond.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are typically processed the same day.

  • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location (e.g., remote or northern regions may require additional time).

3. Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all Canadian orders over $38. This discount is applied automatically at checkout once the subtotal reaches the threshold.

4. Local Pickup / Delivery

Optional: Delete if not applicable

  • Local Pickup: If you would like to pick up your order directly from us please send us a message and we would be happy to arrange a time. We are located in Downtown Vancouver.

  • Local Delivery: We offer delivery within Vancouver, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver, BC, Canada

5. International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada and the USA Only.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. OMNISE TRADING GOODS INC. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  

7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. boxes across Canada via Canada Post. Please note that express/courier services (like UPS or FedEx) may require a physical street address.


Damages & Issues As noted in our Return Policy, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@omniselife.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
