What is the return policy?

Because this product is used to drink and eat from, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for used and opened items unless there is a manufacturing defect. When will I get my order?
We strive to have all orders fulfilled within one business day. Since we hold inventory locally we offer quick shipping within Canada (1 - 6 days depending on your location). Since we ship from Vancouver BC, orders typically arrive within 2 business days for Western Canada customers. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Delivery times can vary based on your location and shipping method.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders $85+ in Canada. For smaller orders under our free shipping threshold we offer discounted flat rates on standard shipping.
